When will my order ship?
Please check our home page first. Also, all item listings and the Policy Page of our storefront are updated regularly with the latest information on production times. We try to update these places first to keep you informed.
I only ordered one hat. Surely it doesn't take weeks to make one hat! Why will it take so long for my order to ship?
While it may only take a few hours to actually create each item we make from start to finish, please understand that we have a process to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Our process is as follows: Order the materials (yarn, fabric, thread, elastic, etc.) from the manufacture companies, wait for those items to be delivered, assign each order to the knitting team member, create the hat/cowl shell, receive it back in the office, assign it to the sewing team member, receive it back in the office and then pass through quality control before it ships to the client. This process takes time, especially when there are many orders ahead of yours. To be fair, we create each item in the order that the purchase was completed.
Why don't you accept returns?
Please understand that every single item we create is hand crafted according to the specifications entered in the order form. We do not stock items ahead of time, but create every single item as it is ordered. For this reason, we can not accept returns unless we have made a mistake on the order or there is a defect in the workmanship of your item. Caheez.LLC is a small business. To that end, we provide a service/product at the lowest cost possible, turning a very small profit margin that just barely pays for itself. This brand is very much an act of love. We do not wish to raise prices to cover the costs of returns and stocking inventory. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this policy is firm and not up for negotiation. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to contact us before ordering to assure you are getting the best options for your needs. Thank you for understanding.
How do I know what size hat to order?
Our hat sizing options are based on the amount of slouch in the body of the hat and NOT your head circumference measurement. For details on our sizing, please watch our sizing video and read the Sizing Option estimate which can both be found here. These estimates are ESTIMATES. Do you have local pick-up or a store front I can visit?
Sorry, we are an internet based boutique only. At this time, we do not have a brick and mortar location you can visit.
